    dodgy business practice, disorganised

    Enquired about taking group classes, was told I have to find 3 people in order to do a group class. When I said i wasn't in the position to do that they offered me a discount on one on one classes. No mention of an introductory offer for the first month, and I confirmed the rate multiple times, read over the contract to make sure everything was in order. After the first month I was sent a bill for a higher amount and told the discount rate was an introductory offer, though in all our email correspondence, nor on the contract, not verbal discussions was this ever raised. Talk about shoddy and misleading business practices. This is on top of the fact that my class for this week was postponed because the instructor accidentally double booked a class, despite me having booked the class more than two weeks in advance. In other words: dodgy business practice, disorganised instructor. There are so many options for studios, best to go elsewhere.
