    More than just a trainer

    Barbara from BBodies is an absolutely phenomenal trainer. She’s an all rounder who understands the importance of integrating nutrition, lifestyle changes, and exercise to achieve your goals. BBodies is a fully equipped exercise studio so you can do all of your training privately on their premises. One of my favourite things about Barbara is how she encourages you without needing to appeal to ego. She gets you to want to be healthy and fit purely for the enjoyment of it. When I first went to Barbara, I honestly didn’t believe I’d ever get back into shape. I thought the best I could do was damage control. She not only brought me back my confidence but inspired me to continue on the path. As a creative who’s relatively new to the industry, it wasn’t easy for me to afford personal training. Barbara helped me every step of the way, being very accommodating of my financial situation and working out a plan that worked perfectly for me. The only reason I stopped seeing her was financial issues, but I do intend to return soon.
