IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy identifies, heals and reintegrates the fragmented defense mechanisms or protective "parts" of the personality - allowing the free expression of the authentic Self.

Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced form of EFT which deconstructs patterns of negative reactivity from your past experiences, and consciously replaces them with new positive patterns.
