I am an internationally qualified trainer with over 20 years of experience. I provide a professional coaching service in functional training aswell as nutritional planning and support, general lifestyle changes, dietetics and supplement advice. This includes: The teaching of the 300 year old discipline of Hard Style Kettlebell training, as taught by the internationally recognized SFG system. Variable Isotonic Resistance Training (Flexband Technology) as taught by JSSA, for both strength and flexibility. Awkward Object training, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls, Battle Ropes, Rip Cords, Body Weight training and Boxing. All of these disciplines are taught in a well equiped studio that is focused on the individuals' needs and goals. The various components of functional training are taught so as to create a meaningful, holistic workable programme. This is then applied to achieve weight loss or gain, to achieve strength goals, flexibility goals or to be applied in sport specific activities. Improved health and fitness becomes a direct result of this type of training and there is no age restriction. I also teach clients how to do their own nutrition planning to achieve their desired goals and to help their families to undertake in a healthier lifestyle. The training and nutrition programmes ranges from beginner level to athletes who would like to fine tune their specific skills.
