A lot of people do not know what Art Therapy is, in short, it is a type of expressive therapy that uses people's creative processes of making art to improve their mental and emotional well-being.

You do not have to be some kind of artists to try this therapy, you do not have to be considered a creative mind, this is a way for you to express yourself in your own way. 

It is used mostly to express one’s self in an artistic way, it does not have to be drawing or painting, it is mainly there to express emotions and feelings. It can also help resolve issues and bring more awareness about them. It has been used in countless fields of psychology to help people, like rehabilitation, psychotherapy and many more.

It has been used to help many different kinds of patients too, in different contexts it can be applied to help people, some of these cases are people who have experienced emotional trauma, domestic abuse, anxiety and in some cases depression.
