Good evening. I booked for a filing on the 14th of June telephonically and I liked the way every thing was handled. Immediately after the conversation I got an sms as promised during the Call with the directions as I was going there for the first time. I'd called some dentists around and I could feel the difference between those I called and this one so I proceeded to go and had to carry my two kids with me since I ddnt have anyone to leave them with. The front desk operator was really nice. I'm also in the customer service industry and I know when someone is being exceptionally nice. My turn came for me to get assistance and all i got were smiles and that made me feel so comfortable. The dentist kept asking me if i was okay (mind you I have been to the other dentists and I know exactly what I am talking about). Everything about Hope Smile dental was exceptional! The dentist took more time to make sure that I recover my smile back and I am proud to say that I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Thank you so much for a great job! Welldone to all of you.
