Reiki is a spiritual healing art, with its roots in Japanese origin. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular culture, religion, age or gender. Energy flows throw all living things. It is believed that a persons Ki should be strong and free flowing. When this is true, a person's body and mind are in a positive state of health. When the Ki is weak or blocked, it could lead to symptoms of physical and emotional imbalance. A Reiki Master or Practitioner acts as a conduit by gently placing their hands on or above the body in a series of different positions allowing the Ki to flow from them to you. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response helping to balance the body, mind and soul from a very deep level. My journey with Reiki started in 2004, where I completed my Reiki levels 1,2 and 3 certificates and attunements. I started Reiki for personal reasons. I practiced on family and friends. The more I practiced the more I loved helping them. I decided to do my Reiki Masters in 2011, completing my certificate and attunement. I carried on practicing more on family. It was only until Covid hit, that I decided to open up a practice at home. I saw how Covid was affecting people around me. People are angry, stressed and sad. I knew I could help and thats what I am doing. Reiki is my passion and I love the feeling it gives to others. I love sharing the gift of Reiki with others, and hope they will start loving Reiki as much as I do.
My sessions are 1h 30minutes, my sessions include Chakra balancing, Aura cleansing and Reiki treatment.
