As our lives are turned upside down, it becomes necessary to disconnect, to take a moment to breathe, evaluate and contemplate. Yoga through asana, pranayama and relaxation gives you the tools to restore and nurture. We all need to make an appointment with ourselves at this time, to re-connect with who we are, to become calm and engage our coping skills.
During lockdown I am teaching online classes on Zoom from Monday to Friday.
