Abundant Life Coaching uses a 10 week life transformation program and goes on a journey with each client to help them experience lasting transformation. The age groups for coaching ranges from teenagers to pensioners and anyone who commits to change can completely transform their life. My role as a coach is to teach you the tools that you need to succeed and to hold you accountable to complete the tasks that you commit to do weekly. This is a very interactive and fun process and every week you will get challenged with tasks to complete wich will get you excited and feeling that you are actually moving in the direction of achieving your goals.

The process requires that there is a 1 hour one on one session between coach and client each week where we will then work through the structured life coaching program. The rate per session is R350.00 with no extra cost if the time limit is exceeded. Clients will be invoiced once per month and can pay for the months sessions at the end of each month.
