Dr Lee Randall & Associates offer occupational therapy services including medicolegal evaluations and reports, functional capacity evalutions (FCEs) for insurance purposes, work capacity evaluations to guide employers and employees, and disability evaluations for Employment Equity purposes.

Dr Lee Randall is available for free preliminary telephonic consultations with attorneys, employers (HR practitioners, occupational health practitioners, line managers, business owners), employees and insurance claims assessors to help clients determine whether an occupational therapy evaluation is appropriate for the circumstances. As a medicolegal expert witness she has a depth of experience in both plaintiff and defendant work in relation to RAF claims, medical malpractice cases and other personal injury matters, as well as some experience in divorce cases (eg: evaluations relating to spousal maintenance and capacity of a parent with a disability to play a custodial role for children). She has accepted referrals from insurers and attorneys in other countries (United Kingdom, Angola, Botswana, Zimbabwe) and is willing to travel to perform evaluations. She does not accept paediatric referrals as her expertise lies with people of working age (15 years+) and beyond.

In terms of clinical experience, Dr Lee Randall has focused on vocational rehabilitation and psychiatric disabilities with periods spent working in the USA and New Zealand as well as South Africa. Her post-basic qualifications include a diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation, certificate in Health Economics, certificate in Medicine & Law, certificate in Medical Evaluation of Professional Drivers, Workwell certification, numerous road safety-related certificates, a Master of Arts and a PhD in Bioethics & Health Law.
