I am trained in Specialised Kinesiology, Systemic/Family Constellations and as an End of Life Companion/Doula.

In our work together, I aim to balance body, mind, heart and essence towards the integration and unfolding of all your elements. Knowing that we can live in good relation with ourselves, each other, the Earth and the Sacred permeates my being and work.

SPECIALISED KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology offers a highly effective method to reduce stress, restore balance, and increase well-being. It is a non-invasive, energetic health science grounded in the study of anatomy, physiology and neurology.
Through a biofeedback system unique to Specialised Kinesiology, I am able to identify blockages within a person's body/mind system that may relate to injury, stress, trauma or disease, assisting in the recuperation process.
Kinesiology encourages optimal and harmonious function of body, mind, heart and soul - and can comfortably co-exist with conventional medical treatment.

I welcome people of all backgrounds and ages and have a soft spot for children, youth or adults diagnosed with learning difficulties, behavioral impediments or suffering from depression or addiction.
I speak fluent German, English, Dutch and Italian.

SYSTEMIC/FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

Family and Systemic Constellations are a unique way of exploring and improving relationship dynamics.
The purpose of Family Constellations is to uncover the hidden dynamics in an experiential way, so that existing patterns can be observed, and tension or trauma released or reduced in the system.

END OF LIFE COMPANION

An End of Life Companion Doula offers non medical support to individuals and families as they work through fatal diagnosis. They assist in the process of understanding death in a personal context and facing the dying process.
