The drum has been used as a sacred tool to connect to spirit, community and ourselves for millennia. The practice of drum journeying involves using a repetitive percussive beat to shift into a dreamlike meditative state from which wisdom, insight and healing can be accessed. Full Moon is a powerful portal which we can use to engage in a shamanic journey to receive healing and insights for our life’s journey. You can expect a short opening ceremony, introduction to the theme, drum journey with intention based on the Moon’s Zodiac transit. This circle if open to all who wish to join no experience is needed. We meet in an outside garden under the stars around a ritual fire. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie/sit on.
