Ensozen Studio is a multi disciplinary centre with a group of practitioners, who share their knowledge and expertise to give you the best outcome. We specialise in sports performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation and recovery. Located in Rivonia, we attract clients from the greater Sandton area.

First established as a Pilates and Massage Studio in 2008 and evolving into a health centre offering the following services:

The variety of modalities enable us to work holistically with patients to achieve the best outcome for their Health, Fitness & Nutrition.

    Life changer
    My wife and I have been doing private Pilates classes with Sal for just over 2 years now and we are so happy we found her! Sal is an excellent instructor that has tailored our classes to strengthen weak muscles and leave us feeling great each class. She is friendly, professional and cares about our well-being. Would recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone looking to improve their stress in fast-paced Sandton and get rid of aches and pains associated with long hours in front of a computer.
